"From the moment my husband & i arrived & went through Airport Security to enter the Tav Airport Hotel Izmir everything was fast & very efficient. The porter took our luggage straight from Security belt to our room. We were Upgraded free of charge & had a beautiful suite. They'd put loveheart swans & flower on bed. Wine, snacks & fruit & toiletries were also complimentary. As my husband & I are newly married this was just so thoughtful. The Reception Man "BURAK ŰLKER was AMAZINGLY KIND to my husband and I. In future we will always use this hotel when travelling to Izmir to visit Family. Tav Airport Hotel makes airport security much easier & breakfast was lovely. Lots of fresh produce & as you're already inside airport checking in for flight is much easier. "

"Kedi ve köpeğimizle yaptığmız konaklamada rahat ettik. Temizlik gayet iyiydi. Her fırsatta ihtiyaçlarımız soruldu ve karşılandı. Otelin konumu da çok güzel. Şehrin her yerine kolaylıkla ulaşmak mümkün. Gönül rahatlığı kalınabilecek bir otel."

"Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and they had our sofa bed made up before we got there. Breakfast was great and the views were great. Only issue was the luggage check which seemed a little unorganised and we lost a water bottle that was in an external backpack pocket but our fault for not checking before we left. "

"Booked by low price, central location and description, so we were very pleasantly impressed by the efficient welcome and check-in on arrival, mid-afternoon, and to find impeccably clean, neat rooms. We enjoyed our cup of tea with the kettle provided, and the minibar offerings were very good (even if not used!) and noted the restaurant offered orders if required. The optional buffet breakfast gave us an excellent choice. However, it was a nice walk to the Kordon and Alsancak dining areas, very close to the tramway, so we enjoyed our 24 hours sight-seeing in Izmir thoroughly. Only slight drawback is it is in a very quiet area at night, being in a busy shops area by day. Of course, parking in Izmir is an issue, but Reception were very helpful directing us to safe paid parking. Giving friends the hotel name!"
