"Clean but very outdated bedding and curtains. No communication within staff was charged on card then charge again in check in. Area around is walkable to city center and view other areas. Recommend for single or friends travel. Located behind other restaurants and can hear echo as windows are panel design and do not shut all the way so you can hear noise of neighbors. "

"This Hotel is amazing. Very clean and staff is always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this Hotel while in Campeche. The pool and lobby are so nice. Short walk to Calle 59. If spending 2-3 nights in Campeche then this is the Hotel. The Malecon water boardwalk can be reached in just a few mins by walking. "

"There where bugs everywhere and a lot of ants, even on the bed and the toilet there were ants. It also stank at my room and the ac was leaking. 1/5 stars"

"Das Zimmer roch nach nassem Putz, eine Natursteinmauer war wegen eines undichten Dachs zur Hälfte durchfeuchtet. In der Dusche leichter Schimmel an der Decke. Das Apartment ist sehr groß und sieht auch schick aus. Das Hotel liegt zentral in der Kneipenmeile der Stadt, das heißt aber die ganze Nacht Lärm. Die Fenster schließen so schlecht, dass ein Schließen gegen den Lärm nicht hilft."

"The room was not in the same building, but 2 blocks away. Staff did not help w luggage, walked very fast ahead of me. The room was beautiful, except the bed only had a mean, miserable box spring, no mattress. Manager agreed to switch me to another room, but it had the same bed issue. I got a refund and left. We had to walk back to the office so I just handed my suitcase to the young man, who looked very surprised but took it. "
