The location was good But we had ants in our room the jacuzzi tub was dirty and didnt work it shot water right out of the tub then noticed floaties of dirt in the water

Me gustó que esuy tranquila en general, el personal, muy amable y atento. Lk que ne puso a pensar un poco fue 2 cosas. Yo se que es un hotel de tres estrellas pero las sábanas ya estaban un poco roidas al punto de romperse y una mancha junto a la cama, como que algo se les cayó y se veia sucio. Eramos 2 personas y solo dejaban 1 botellita de agua.

Hotel en decadencia.
Las fotos de la publicacion no corresponden a la actualidad, el costo es muy alto para el mal estado en el que se encuentra el hotel y no es por viejo, es por descuido cero mantenimiento. Se percibe mal olor desde que entras en la habitacion y el baño huele a drenaje horrible, el colchon duro y se suenten vencidos los resortes, la alberca fuera de servicio y en mal estado, además que segun letreros te rentan las toallas para la alberca. Muy lejos del centro de Campeche, definitivamente no lo recomiendo y no creo que deba estar anunciado en la página de Hoteles.com Lo unico rescatable es el aire que se ve nuevo y funciona bien y facturan inmediato.

Según yo reserve este hotel por su hermosa fachada y la piscina, pero al llegar el hotel ya está muy viejo, las ollas nunca sueño usarlas pero siempre las reviso y una de ellas venía manchada la piscina estaba sucia y fuera de servicio. Quizás como hotel de paso está bien aún que las camas tiene como forro de plástico. El servicio al cliente es bueno lo rescatable
