"Very comfortable stay, clean and neat room with plenty of space. Only negative was there was confusion over how late check-in was open. I received an email that said 8.30pm but when I called to say I'd arrive at 8.25pm they said they close at 8.00pm and made it sound like they were doing me a favour by staying open."

"My friend and I were exceptionally happy with The Alps Motel Apartment Twizel. The motel is new. The room included a washer dryer, dishwasher. Really everything that we needed. Bedding was very comfortable. There is a lift to the 2nd floor. Yay!!! The owner who we dealt with, Sara, was just a lovely person. Very, very pleased with our stay. "
