"Very clean with nice people managing. Hotel needs improvement like an ice machine that works. Hotel staff buy ice and give it to guests, but they do this on their own to make guests happy. Should get more support from IHG."

"The customer service was excellent from check in, housekeeping, breakfast attendant, to check out! The property is clean. The hotel is very clean. Our room was very clean, our bed was very comfortable. We had full breakfast. If we were to travel back through this area again we would definitely stay here again! "
