"Fantastic location for young families that want to relax by the pool / pebbled beach. Lots of parking, good restaurant on site, and really friendly staff who arranged a baby cot and chair well before we checked in! Only thing is the rooms have a slightly dated decor. Very small tvs and old style coffee filter. Might benefit from a small upgrade to nespresso and slightly better entertainment system. But these are minor issues. If you have an ocean view suite, you can spend lots of happy hours on...

"This property was beautiful! Right on the beach!!! Wonderful view of the sea from the room and patio! The room was tastefully decorated and everything was clean and welcoming. The hotel grounds had flowering landscaping and the whole atmosphere was comfortable and welcoming. The best part was that you could walk out of your room and be right on the sands of a lovely beach! "This is a basic hotel, but clean and comfy. Amazing to get a place right on the most beautiful beach! You also save €5 on beach umbrella & chairs because you stay here. Tons of restaurants here and a 10-15min walk along the water to get to old toqn. We didnt have any problems. WIFI is slow in rooms but works amazing on the beach. Amazing place to stay for the money!"

"Great location in Omalos. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We stayed two days and they brought us to the Samaria Gorge and the Mount Gingilos. They even organized to send our luggage to our next destination, so we wouldn't have to carry them in the Samaria Gorge. e had breakfast and dinner there, very good. They even prepared lunch for us."

"Gorgeous hotel and pool area, rooms were spotless and modern, location was good for being close to the beach but there wasn’t a great deal going on around the hotel (I.e. restaurant or bars nearby) and the pool bar closed at 6pm, stopping serving food at 5.15. "

"We found the staff very friendly and the apartments very comfortable and excellent value. The position of the hotel by a small harbour was very pretty and it was very easy to go either into the town or explore the countryside. Our favourite part of the hotel was the pool which was very attractive indeed and easy to access from the apartments. There were shady and sunny areas by the pool. "

"The place was great. The people at the front desk, bell staff and housekeeping were the best and most helpful. Our stay was near the end of the season so the restaurant was understaffed and a little slow. On the other hand there are so many great places to eat within short walking distance it didn't really matter. Highly recommended. Next time I will split time between here and old Chania."

"Our family of 9 enjoyed our stay at Forum Suites this summer! The property is well maintained with a lot of privacy between all the rooms. The rooms are large with all amenities and very comfortable beds. Everyone who works there was great and you could see they take an active interest in ensuring their guests have everything they need and enjoy their stay. The only opportunity for improvement is the breakfast buffet - although it very fresh - it could use a few more options from day to day. I...

"There is no free parking as advertised. You need to find your own. Air conditioning says to be included but one has to pay daily. And we had two accommodations and A.C. only available in one room. The shower had no separation from the toilet and sink. Water got everywhere."
