"Staff was friendly and personable from front desk to housekeeping. Thank you especially to Gideon and Emmanuel for making a great stay extra special. Beautiful grounds to stroll and admire flowers and monkeys and birds. Dated bathroom with poor water pressure is the only negative; would happily stay for weeks despite this. "

"What a joke this place was. Worst place have ever stayed, anywhere, including Africa. Firstly, no address provided, as they don’t have one. Tried to request address by email. No reply. The day of checking in, tried to call to get their address, multiple times. Firstly reckoned there was no booking. Then refused to answer the calls. "I called them to confirm on my way from Nairobi and they advised they were closed due to covid. I made this reservation two months in advance and they had my email address, yet NEVER INFOMED ME THAT THEY WERE CLOSED. I am expecting a full refund! VERY UNHAPPY ABOUT THE LACK OF COMMUNICATION"
