"If you are looking for an easy access to the mountains at a good price it is the place to go. The room was very clean and the mattress very comfortable. We had a room w/out bathrooms so we used the common bathroom and it was very clean and organized, they provided you with towels, shampoo, conditioners and soap like any hotel bathroom would. "The staff made the trip. The hotel is in the old geisha neighborhood but within walkable distance of the other attractions : castle, gardens, samurai houses and fish market. Nothing was too much trouble for Mitsu and he helped with restaurants and directions. Kanazawa was great."
