"The room we had was spacious, very clean, decorated in neutral colours and very comfortable. It was lovely and bright in the day and dark in the evening. It was the best night sleep away from home we have had. The staff were friendly, helpful and kind. The facilities were spacious and clean and a lovely hot shower. Highly recomend a stay! "

"First the bad bits-its past history as an hostel clearly shows, especially when you notice staff only inhabit the property, thrice daily before leaving, causing mess to linger for upto six hours. As a matter of fact, the owners are only seen during breakfast for a short period, which can be frustrating if something goes wrong, like it did with me and you have no way of contacting them; There should be, in my experience of traveling, somebody knowledgeable enough on hand, for those like me, who...

"We were in the area visiting relatives and needed somewhere to stay the night which was reasonably priced, although it wasn't particularly cheap, it was convenient and clean, and the chap in reception was very friendly and went out of his way to make us feel at home, all in all, it worked out well, we would stay again if the occasion arose."

"We were told on arrival that one shower wasn't draining properly so we didn't use this...hopefully this will be fixed as it left 6 of us to use 1 shower. Otherwise the house was lovely and comfortable."
