"Not bad for the money. The rooms heater is built into the air conditioner which was a first for me. Apon arrival I was greeted by friendly staff and was offered an upgrade to a king for only $5 more, naturally I took it. First room was nice but the plunger to the shower was rusted half open so I switched rooms. Second room was good but had its flaws. Carpets seemed very old with cigarette burns. The bed was very nice and comfortable and CLEAN!! The shower, however, seemed to have been thrown...

"The room was dirty and in bad shape. Our door lock was damaged and appeared to have been kicked in at some point. We also found cockroaches. The worst part was the people staying next door. It appeared they are living there. They were loud and vulgar every night around 1-2 am. One morning around 5am they were beating on one of the doors and screaming obscenities. "

When bathroom door is swung in, it blocks access to over half of the tub. I suggest a folding closet door type , or a door that disappears into the wall. Also the refigerator had no control. "A friend and I planned a weekend of outdoor winter hiking. This was a great place to make home base. Lots of space, clean, plenty of places to eat nearby, hot water, good shower pressure, tv reception, large table, chairs on small patio, washer and dryer. We didn’t need to use all of it, but if we had a longer stay or came with our family this would accommodate everyone. "
