"The staff were helpful and responsive. Late check in was made simple and easy. :) The room was well appointed with unexpected extras. A thorough binder of information. The bound towels was a great touch. Amazing location and the photos don’t do any justice to the sublime view. Truly a one of a kind experience. Thank you."

"It was our second stay in the premium King room at Duffin as a couple. The positives: the view from our cabin was amazing. The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet, modern, cozy, and pretty clean (except for some mildew in the shower corners). It was super easy to walk to everywhere in downtown Tofino from the hotel. "Really sweet place, love the artistic/West Coast feel :) The only glitch was finding out there was no bathtub, so no hot soak after catering the Private Dinner Party that I was in town to facilitate. Given that it would quite a challenge to install bathtubs at this point, perhaps have one outdoor hot tub on site, to make up for this? "

"We had an awesome fall visit to Argo’s Landing! Our room was lovely with a beautiful view of the water. The room is basic, four beds, good size bathroom, fridge and dining kind of area. This spot is easy to get to the Pacific Rim National Park Reserve and other beautiful trails. It’s super convenient to get the water taxi right from the dock over to West Bamfield! We also loved the cafe in town. So much to see around this area! Liz provided lots of great recommendations too. Looking forward to...

"This is a very lovely place. The village is stunning. I booked thinking it was UKEE cause Expedia suggested it was… it isn’t… however it was worth going to.. beware though… you need to take a water taxi to get there and its 10$ a person.. so we were out 80$ just to get back and forth from our car to the resort…"

"Wonderful small lodge overlooking the water and marina. Popular place with small boats and fishing. Met a fishing party there who were BBQ'ing their catch of the day on the lawn of the lodge. Very cozy and friendly. Guests have access to a common kitchen and the grounds."

"The proprietor, Joe, runs a tight ship and is very helpful with getting acquainted with Tofino and booking activities. This old house is spotless with plenty of community space to hang out with other travelers."
