"Back to the Carlton City. Still a lovely hotel, perfectly located in Chinatown, very helpful staff and extra large room. Only one thing i recommend to get rid of the floor carpet in room and put wood as a bit smelly. "

"Very well cleaned property. Staffs were all friendly, however, the item that was promised by the staff was not delivered to me at all.. so it is kinda upsetting to not see it. But overall a good stay at the hotel :)"
