Don't forget to visit the Peranakan mansion down the street. the bus syrem and trains in Singapore make it easy to get around. We visited Gardens bg the bay, little India, Orchard Road and the Night Safari (Mandai- Singapore Zoo) using public transportation. "

"Great value for the price. Our room was extremely small and had no window, so not really for the claustrophobic type. It’s a great place if you just need a ‘base camp’ for a nice, comfortable bed and shower. We would use this hotel again."

"Best location you can ask for. Right by Chinatown markets, Maxwell food centre and close to chinatown complex. Shared bathroom and showers but all very well cleaned and ventilated. Modern place, safe. Room is very small, but if you're travelling to explore the city and going back to hotel to sleep, works great. Only complaints are mild unpleasant smell from corner of room."
