"when we arrived, at 7 pm, there was no receptionist. we were given a different room than what had been required and the person in charge (waitress) couldn't help much as there was no receptionist available. Given that the hotel for that day was fully booked, they should have a person in charge to support customers."

The hotel is on top of a restaurant, the staff (who seemed to be in charge of both) is super nice and the breakfast had pretty diverse options, with a little salad bar (which in my experience, is not that common, although appreciated!)"
