"Second stay at this hotel. Room itself is fine, mostly unremarkable, typical European sized hotel room. Wifi is still as bad as during Mt first stay though: it just plain doesn't work, because the signal is too weak. The front desk, surprisingly, still wasn't open when we left at 8:55am. Also isn't open later at night and check-in is via the neighboring hotel, which is alright but would be better if their own front desk was open a bit longer. No access to even a shared microwave, or water...

"Absolutely the best experiences iv ever had thank you for the team for making me feel comfortable. Also i would definitely come back again when im in paris. Thank you. But 1 thing tho if theres any bins kept inside the room apart from the small one in the bathroom which i have to keep on going up and down to throw the rubbish away. Also the bugs that come through the window and the AC Blowing out hot air need a little improvement other than that customer service was 100% made me feel welcome...

"AC was not cooling the room, complaint to staff they just say "oh! we know". it was hotter in our room than outside with the AC running on max for 3 hours. We had to open the window to cool down, but then had to deal with loud neighborhood past midnight with car speakers occasionally blasting and people shouting on the streets PLUS wild insects like mosquitoes and flies because they don't have window screens.
