"The rooms were not properly cleaned as I found a roach in the bathroom upon arrival. Upon checkout, the hotel clerk called and stated I left a shoe under the bed which was not my shoe, leading me to believe the room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The room was overall muggy and we have to request a dehumidifier, which was extremely loud and the hose was set in the sink to drain (unsanitary). For the price of this room, I expected much more...at least a clean room. I feel congested after...

"The rooms are huge! We were in a king room and the bed was amazing. I almost didn’t want to get up. The rooms were fairly clean. You have to request for housekeeping, they don’t automatically come into your room and change the towels and take out the trash."

"Room was clean, staff very friendly. Outside trash needed to be emptied, toilet wobbled, the hot water on the sink was on the right side and cold on left. Told manager, she replied they have several rooms like that. I am not a plumber but have installed sinks before, it would be about a five minute job to fix the piping. Location was excellent, room fee was also good. I would stay there again."
