"The desk clerk that check us in was a joy and she was very helpful and friendly. The male night clerk was not as friendly but there is the language barrier that can cause that so I never hold that against anyone. The hotel was very clean and seemed to be well maintained. I would stay there again. "

My only criticism is that the room was quite small. Given that I was in Munich for a conference, this was acceptable as I did not spend any time in my room.
