"The property was located in the centre of all the restaurants and just a few minutes walk from the caves for the Christmas market which was a convenient location. The Hotel itself had a large restaurant. There is no lift and a very steep staircase to the rooms. Our room had a faulty lock so each time we tried to go out it took several minutes for the lock to catch. We did advise a member of staff but they did not do anything about it. The Television did not work and although a member of staff...
