"Hotel was clean, staff were lovely and the facilities were as to be expected Good location to catch the number 2 tram into the city Neighbourhood isn’t the best, and if a fire truck leaves the station on the corner it is a little loud! Only slight improvement I would suggest is that, even though a coffee machine in the room is nice, more than 1 pod in a room for 2 for 2 nights would be helpful, and perhaps don’t charge for the pods at reception?"

"The staff made this trip actually. They were excellent. The hotel has nothing close as far as shops etc.... the public transportation is across the street though. "

"The Alfred Hotel was walking distance to museums, some shopping, and some dining options. If you want to be close to The Red-Light District do not stay here. We spent about $400 on Ubers."

"Hotel is easily accessible by public transport from the airport. The room is very nicely decorated, modern design. Perfect for a one night stop over before or after a flight. Staff were super friendly and helpful at check in"

"The 747 in the back was a huge draw but other than taking pictures of it, there was nothing even close to do. The transportation bus every 30 minutes to main train station helped but nothing to do around the property. The breakfast buffet was very good with a nice selection. I did not feel like a welcomed guest at the reception desk, but super friendly staff in the buffet area. "
