"The gentleman who checked me in was very polite and nice. The room was to be a non smoking room but smelled like smoke and there was a burn hole in the comforter. Temperature was nice. The remote to the tv didnt work. The fridge was good sized. Room was clean."

"This was the 2nd time I stayed here. Nice hotel and the prices for the most part were comparable to hotels in the area. When I checked in I was only offered a 1st floor room which I try to avoid at all costs for safety reasons. When I asked for something else I was told that all they had to offer me was not the size room or bed that I had ordered or paid for.
