We only had one request and it was answered right away. I gave this a 5 star rating because of the criteria. If you are expecting something upscale this is not your place. It is average. The residents in the apartment above us were quite noisy into after midnight and they had a dog that barked and cried when they left it alone. Overall though this place is a good place to stay."

"A really fabulous apartment right in the centre of town but also very quiet (a stones throw from my favourite shop the Princeton record exchange). Everything in the apartment was new and was spotlessy clean it even had a cocktail maker and drinks area. The apartment was light and airy with 2 balconies. I would stay there again at the drop of a hat. "

"We stayed here for a girls weekend and it was perfect. Plenty of room for 4 retired childhood friends. Jenniferā€™s place was clean and orderly. We had amazing weather, we sat on the beach, walked on the boardwalk, played games, laughed a ton and completely relaxed! Jennifer even left us a lovely bottle of wine to enjoy! The beach was walkable and there were beach chairs for us to use. I would definitely stay here again!"
