"Check in is great, staff are great. Hotel itself is very good. Downsides are that this hotel is a royal pain to get in and out of the parking lot if you want to get leave in some directions and it is at a very busy intersection so pay attention. Vent fan in bathroom didn’t work, and neighbors tv loud thru wall even tho you couldn’t hear it in front hall. The breakfast is not good, if you want the eggs or a fresh banana two days in a row."

"Property a little dated. On a week stay they don’t give housekeeping daily. You have to request service. Had a no hot water issue, but was resolved quickly. Location convenient right next to I35."

"It was great! Very comfortable & clean. Check in & out was fast and when I went to the front desk for something they took care of it fast. Only thing I didn’t like your breakfast host was rude, never spoke & no smiles whatsoever. She definitely does not fit in with your crew. Maybe she had a bad day, not sure but still. If she is going to be the first person we see in the morning while going for breakfast, I just would rather skip that next time. "
