"The area didnt have places where you can eat and it was on a side block that had alot of dog doodoo. Staff was really great the bathrooms are clean and the room was clean. The room wasnt as big as i thought it would be. I paid for a deluxe room and it still seem pretty small. I still had a good night altogether and made it to catch my flight."

"We stayed at the Overlook Lodge at Bear Mountain. It was beautiful, despite the snowy weather and cold! The main lodge was also very nice and we ate there for both dinner and breakfast. If you stay in the Overlook Lodge, don't stay in Rm. 201. There is a nearby heavy fire door that slams shut and will not let you rest or sleep. Thankfully, we were able to move to a new room away from the door. I hope the hotel fixes that soon."

"This property was nice, but when I was leaving to grab my breakfast “grab and go” the front desk told me to see the worker at the breakfast. She told me to grab a fruit and that was it. That is not how grab and goes have gone on the corporate valve location. "
