After 15 minutes of looking around; the staff from the second floor came down to greet me; and I got checked led in. The language barrier was very real; as my Japanese was non existent. "Our first time here. We are already back for our second time. We love it. It has everything we need. A place to sleep, shower and ya know. Bed is comfortable and the heat AC works great. Awesome water pressure too. Lots of hot water. This will be our first pick when we come back to Okinawa. The staff is amazing. Professional and personable. They enjoy me trying to speak Japanese and then reply to me in their perfect English. Awesome people make this place even better. "
