"The staff were excellent. Friendly, courteous and helpful. Also, the hotel is in walking distance to most of what Dumagette is known for. The condition of the property could use some updating but in didn’t bother me the least."

They have a stove up stairs where you can cook dinner and I cooked them an Italian dinner. They cooked for me the next night. We drink wine and laughed all night. "The only negative for me is this resort could be physically challenging as there are steps to negotiate between the Accommodation and the Restaurant/Reception. Positives are many. The Swiss Chalet style villas are spacious and the timber work is indeed a work of art. Bed was comfortable. The Aircon works well. Lockable safe. Pool is large and clean. I enjoyed breakfast and dinner and portions are large. Staff go out of their way to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The view from the Restaurant...

"We arrived late but the welcome was wonderful. The place is an absolute cracker for the money.Basic but clean, breakfast was fresh and well served and the pool is such a refreshing way to spend a late afternoon after exploring. ‘Martin’ the turtle swims up to the shore in an afternoon for a nosy which is great to see in his own surroundings and of his own free will. We definitely recommend to book here and would stay again."
