Complaint against Expedia which does not follow up my complaint even after I have sent the scan copy of receipt of those extra charges via email. Of course, the receipt was obtained only after the severe disputes with Hotel. The Hotel is unreasonable. "

"Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "

Upon arrival, the property owner abruptly cancelled my reservation, stating they did not have a unit that could accommodate our group. The owner was incredibly rude and unhelpful, offering no alternative solutions or apologies for the inconvenience. They simply instructed us to find other accommodations ourselves and promised a full...
