"Overall, it was satisfactory for staying a night. The twin room was cozy with wide two soft beds and a balcony, which was great for having morning tea. 5 min. walk from the Towada Lake, JR bus station. Owner & Owner's family was so kind and considerate that I would like to visit again. "

"Very nice and helpful English speaking member of staff. However, the room felt very similar to a youth hostel. The room was incredibly cramped and dated. The lighting in bathroom was so dim it was impossible to have a bath with the door closed as would be in darkness. There were polystyrene panels blocking up a wall from our room to next door, which meant we could hear everything that was going on, and vice versa. The breakfast was plentiful and tasty, but we were only able to have it at 8.00...

"White Rose Inn was a great place to stay in Appi Kogen. Hostess was absolutely amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The inn is very comfortable, lovely room and great shower. Easy to get to the ski hill. Breakfast each morning was very good. The town itself is quite small, but a beautiful, quiet place to stay. Absolutely recommend staying here, than you!"

"This hotel is in a very small town and if very comfortable and well maintained. The staff were very helpful and the onsen was excellent. The room was smaller than I expected and did not have a bathroom or toilet. Also no meals appeared to be available unless they were purchased as part of your room booking."
