"Clean no bugs, good quiet aircon, had very good night clean bed, coffee and te but hot water in lobby two water bottle in fridge, two clean towels soap and shampoo, room toilet all fittings new and shower with hot and cold water pressure good, many outlets, flat tv but ongly thai channels, elevator between floors carry 250 kg small but works, view from room, parking lot but sunny, thick curtains, windows well sealed, and possible to take good pigeon pictures."

"The room was nice, the bed was really comfortable, we had a fridge and the AC worked great. But the bathroom really needs a good cleaning and repairing, the water pressure was less than existing, the shower doors where broken and didn’t close, the sink was disgusting and there was mold in every corner. The people where nice. The small bottle of water for 50 baht that’s just a ripoff! (A small Chang was 60 I believe) "

"Excellent location and convenient to work around for shopping eating playing and across the street is the beach always beautiful especially at the sunset time. Enjoy so much while staying in Pattaya and if you feel bored, just go to walking Street and a lot activities there to see and enjoy With friends or local people. Thanks for reading. "Works perfectly for a few hours' sleep and shower before going somewhere else. Steps from the beach on a busy street but not noisy once inside, friendly staff, 24-hour reception and a clean bed. Bathroom was clean enough and had hot water. The mattress was hard like wood, I couldn't do more than 1 night, but I would book again if passing by. "Stayed for only one night but would have happily stayed for longer. Excellent swimming pool, surrounded by great bar/dining space (with wonderfully eclectic decorations & a friendly macaw) serving a wide-range of tasty & nicely priced food & beverages. Staff were all very friendly & accommodating. Rooms and furniture are definitely showing their age, but the bed was very comfortable & the air-con worked well. "This guesthouse is basic, which is what I expected for the price I paid. The room was clean and comfortable, the bed was hard but this suited me. The air-conditioning worked well too. The location was right in the heart of the entertainment which was great, the downside of that being the noise if you want an early night, so I'd recommend to bring ear plugs. I would certainly stay here again and would recommend here, great value for money "
