"This hotel is a great stopping point for regular trips. I really like the dog friendly hotel. Only gripe would be? Room carpet is stained with many pet stains. I guess a lot of peoples pets aren't potty trained? That, is a bummer. My dog can smell it on the chairs, walls, floors, hall and stairs. Hope it's cleaner than it seems. "

"Our experience at Phoenix was exceptional. Very clean, people were so accommodating, breakfast was just enough. Coffee was good, too. We left very early to drive back home and they have us a breakfast bag for the road. It included a bagel, cream cheese, cheese, yogurt and an orange. It was perfect. We'll be back. "

"A bit tricky to find the entry driveway. The check in process was very inefficient and slow. Check in staff were not friendly or particularly helpful. Computers not working for 40 min. "I had never heard of Tru by Hilton but I was impressed. The room was clean and spacious. The complimentary breakfast the next morning was really good. The lobby / seating area had a modern casual feel. I really liked the vibe of this hotel."

"Repeat but not yet frequent flyer, in town to see friends for dinner after a day on the river, appreciate the kitchenette though we haven't used it other than to store perishables over night, showerhead so-so. with moderate pressure, but plentiful good & hot water. Worth getting the river view for the few $ even if you only enjoy it the next morning. "

"The hotel was extremely clean and well laid out and put together. My only complaint was the breakfast was lacking choices for protein options. It was mostly a lot of bread and muffins and Friday morning. There was no breakfast available and as we were all standing there waiting, nobody was communicating with us what was going on?
