"Unfortunately we couldn’t stay in the room that we booked due to damage from a storm a couple months back, and were informed 2 days before that we had to stay in a different room. We still got to experience the beauty of staying in a remote bamboo house, but were a bit disappointed because it was advertised as an upgrade but was on a different property and so didnt come with the amenities like the pool, restaurant, or community experience which we were excited about. "Staff are very nice. If you want a quiet place in the middle of city Centre , this is the place . It’s near restaurants, shopping centers , markets . The property itself is quite vintage, the building exterior was amazing . Karma , who picked us up in the airport was very nice and he drove us around Bali, highly recommended. "

"This is the most amazing hotel I’ve ever been to. With the exception of the pool. They have a great opportunity to redo the pool as an outdoor cliffside pool with amazing views. They missed the boat on that one. But the rest of the property is 10 out of 5 stars. Absolutely beautiful. Caution: for elderly that don’t like stairs. There are lots of stairs."
