"This hotel is so convenient, directly across the street from the Van Buren theater. We parked our car in their lot and walked everywhere. The room is large, with a fridge, microwave, coffeepot and comfortable beds. It seems to be a property going under some upgrades and I wish them the best of luck. I will definitely stay here again. "

"I always stay here when I come to Phoenix and this time did not disappoint again. Room was clean, when I needed anything extra the staff gave it to me, and when I reached out for extra assistance I rec'd it as well. Matthew was great and the Operations Manager Adson was superb. Both very helpful and patient. "

"There was cockroaches in the bathroom, went to a different hotel and Expedia won’t refund it. Do not recommend booking motel 6 or through Expedia. "

"Very dated room. Remnants of pet stay. Worn rug. Not pre-stocked with kitchenware or linens for sofa bed. Had to request and go back to welcome desk to get it."

"Room very large and spacious have a large refrigerator. But only change sheets every two weeks. We were there only a week. So we had to make our own beds every day."
