"Good location, very easy beach access. Nice living space and kitchen with plenty of utilities. Really big deck. Description could be a little clearer. Only small dogs allowed but not small dog friendly, could easily fall off deck, no fenced yard… Hot Tub in pics not available, was informed of this with check in instructions just prior to check in… it was the reason we selected this house. TV’s in 2 of the bedrooms old with only HDMI connections to add a device, no streaming or satellite."

"Overall 5 stars. Did need a few small things. Blinds in king room on 1st floor only went half down, can openers need to be replaced, coffee pot for Kcups didn’t work and it could use some updated pans. They did havePlenty of plates & utensils to use. The tide was high during our stay so we didn’t get to have much beach time except in the early morning. Would definitely rent this beautiful house again. "

"The home was located where you have a nice view of the ocean . The appliances are high end We loved the fenced in yard for our Dogs , enough space for 3 couples and located close enough to the local store.. I would visit again in spring "

"Homeowner John provided a property that exceeded our expectations. Upon arrival, the property was very clean and the amenities provided allowed for very little to be needed during our stay (paper towels, trash bags, TP, coffee pods, detergent, feminine products, Q-tips, etc.). The beds were perfect And comfortable. The hot tub was clean, modern and well used after a long day. My family and I would not hesitate to contact John for another stay in the future. Thank you!!"
