Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful, clean, spacious home by the beach
My kids and I visited this house during spring break. I feel it's necessary to note that despite a packed beach, the neighborhood around the house was relatively quiet. The house was spotless and the beds were all clean and tidy. WiFi was easy to setup. We loved the house and will be back again.

Amazing house & neighborhood
The house was perfect for us. Beautifully decorated with the beach vibe. One block walk to the beach. The weather wasn’t beach worthy while we were there but the boys still fished and found things to do. We would definitely stay at this house again.

Birthday getaway.
We loved everything about the house. It is beautifully furnished, and comfortable, comparable to a very upscale hotel. There was nothing we lacked or could have asked for that was absent. We will definitely be reserving this home for all our future trips to the Galveston area. Thanks to the owner for sharing her beautiful home with us.

Beach house
This beach house was an excellent use of all space. It exceeded expectations. The only suggestion I would make is if you have a full occupancy to take some extra towels for bathing. Also there were not any kitchen towels for drying hands, dishes etc. other than that the place was immaculate & beautiful. I loved having my morning coffee on the patio facing the ocean and enjoyed the evening sunset over the water.

Great Bolivar Beach House
Seemless cheek in and our. Checkout tasks were fair and not tedious. Fantastic location, 2 blocks from the pedestrian/golf cart beach entrance. House is well decorated and stocked. Gas grill outside is brand new and works well. Redridgerator is large. Swings under the house are a great place to relax. Would stay again.

Great house but very busy location
Bedrooms - 4 stars, storage in dressers was limited. Kitchen - 4 stars, need more dish washer pods. Bring pans and sauce pans. Some cabinets locked. Living Room & Dining Room - 5 stars, we enjoyed the games and televisions. Beach access - 4 stars but still very close. Porch and parking - 5 stars, full outside shower with hot & cold water was nice. Bathrooms - 4 stars, storage areas limited. We could not check in early or check out late. The gas grill is almost unusable, the burner control knobs have melted from previous use.

Modern, clean, and cozy home
We loved staying in this home! The decor is beautiful, it’s a very short walk to the beach, and it’s a quiet and peaceful area and home. This home is great for families! It provides lots of fun games for adults and kids, and the under the home area was amazing for rainy days! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home close to the beach
The house was very clean and comfortable. Very short walk to beach. Loved the swings but wish there were hammocks; swings or dining table on the deck. The listing shows a lift but didn't let us use it. It would have made our trip so much more rewarding. I booked this home before I knew the lift was unavailable . My husband had a stroke and tires easily and had limited use of left side. After taking stairs he was in bed 3 days of our 5 day trip. My fault for not checking first. So don't be deceived by the picture of the lift. Other than that it was great. Just not for my husband.

Beautiful property by the beach
The property was beautiful! The little toiletries were a nice touch and it was plenty space. There was a bit of an ant problem, which I haven’t experienced on the island before. They were all over the living room and kitchen area off and on and coming from the front door area. The coffee maker, like another reviewer, did not work at all. Management says they replaced it, but if they did the maker takes 30 minutes to make a pot, so we bought our own. Overall it was a good stay with minimal issues that can easily be solved with pest control and replacing the coffee maker.
