"Stayed to drop my daughter off at school. The staff was very kind and responsive. We were in a bit of a hurry,, and i neglected to put on my jewelry. I had left it on a ledge. They found my rings, and immediately called me to tell me so. We weren't even out of the Ames area yet so it was easy to head back to get them. I've always liked this hotel but this has solidified my loyalty! "

"We needed something very basic, but clean and comfortable. That’s exactly what we had with this property. Pre check in was smooth through a text message. The staff members were polite and friendly. No problems getting another key when we (oops) left ours in the room five minutes after we arrived. (Guess our drive took a bit out of us.) Though it was terribly cold outside, the room stayed nice at 60 degrees. The bed was firm, with clean linens, and quite comfortable. Did not use the TV. Ample...
