"I didn't even stay at the hotel because upon arrival I was getting changed an additional fee of almost $100 for a security deposit. I didn't have the $100 so I was not permitted to stay. In addition I am being told that I will not receive a refund for the room that I NEVER stayed in."

"We stayed in this Hampton Inn for the Kansas state high school football championship games. We were pleased with the location as it was a very short drive to the stadium.
