The space
Our private 2 bedroom basement apartment of 850 sq ft, has been freshly renovated to create a stylish space and modern feel. You will have ample room to gather with family and friends to make memories you can cherish for a lifetime. In our large living room, accented by stunning art pieces, you will experience a light, airy ambience while you sink into our white leather sofas to relax with Netflix on our huge smart TV. Or curl up with a blanket while you read a good book in front of our cozy electric fireplace. In each of our tastefully decorated bedrooms, you’ll get a restful night of deep sleep on our luxurious King sized beds. We also have bedding for an additional 5th person to sleep on our sofa, and a good twin inflatable mattress for the 6th person. We have a complimentary washer, dryer, and dishwasher for your convenience with laundry soap and softener sheets.

Make yourself at home in our fully stocked kitchen, equipped with everything you need to cook up a feast—refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave, and a coffee maker, bottled water, as well as cooking utensils and dinnerware. If you like, toss some steaks onto our outdoor gas grill, and enjoy dining around our patio table surrounded by our signature flower garden. Or enjoy a cup of coffee while lounging in a lawn chair.

In front of our house, you’ll find free street parking available with space for up to 4 vehicles. Our keyless entry will give you easy access anytime of day or night, and will be customized for you to make your stay secure. You’ll be able to self check-in at your convenience anytime after 4pm, and won’t have to worry about losing the keys or getting locked out.

We are conveniently located near the center of Hutchinson, KS, only a 5 minute drive from a large variety of restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, coffee shops, and nightly entertainment. For a small, friendly town, Hutchinson has a lot to offer. Places like the Cosmosphere Space Museum and Underground Salt Museum are big hits for kids and adults alike. Wonderful place to stay
We recently stayed here one night while our daughter had a horse show. The property was extremely clean and a very quiet place to stay. The hosts were so friendly and great at communicating- the brownies were a welcome treat too! We really enjoyed our quick stay!! 5 stars!!!

The apartment had all we needed for a great stay. There was coffee, tea, snacks, water and even fresh baked brownies! The beds were comfy and all the side lamps had multiple use charging cables. We would stay here again if in Hutchinson.

Great place to stay. Hosts were very nice and supplied several extra comforts that just weren't expected. They were also very helpful and allowed us to check out late since our flight didn't leave until later in the day. Check-in was a breeze with an electronic lock that they program specifically for you.

Very clean, easy to get to, easy to enter premises, lots of extras like coffee, sugar, had home made brownies for us, water in fridge, living room and bed room's had a charger for cell phones, fans in living room and bedrooms, snacks, Q-tips, body soap, shampoo and conditioner, extra blankets in living room to curl up in while watching tv, sound machines in each bedroom for sleeping, had nice pillows both soft and firmer ones to choose from. It was very comfy there.

I would recommend for anyone to stay at The Rest Haven in Hutchinson Kansas . One of the cleanest and easiest places to access I have ever stayed at . The host was very easy to work with and responded very quickly when I messaged her . Great place if I ever go back me and my family hope we can stay there again .

Lil was a gracious hostess. The apartment was so comfortable and the amenities were great. Loved having the coffee bar, second bedroom if needed and full kitchen. Ease of entry and safety were great! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Relaxing vacation
My husband and I stayed 6 nights while visiting family. We were delighted when welcomed with spice muffins upon arrival to a well furnished and very clean home. It was cozy and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and the back patio offered a nice retreat for catching up on a few books. We will be back!

Absolute Heaven
There are not enough words for how great this place is. Conveniently located, clean, calm, serene, it was a dream come true. It can tell from the moment you walk in the door that your every need will be met. Fresh baked goods, several different varieties of coffees and teas, different kinds of chargers for any devices, comfortable beds, and a great desk set-up if you are there on business. The hosts were amazing, kind and attentive. You simply cannot find a better place in Hutchinson, Kansas. I highly highly recommend.

Our first VRBO was a total success
This rental was perfect in every way! Lil thought of everything to make sure that her guests feel welcome. We had use of an outdoor patio with comfy chairs surrounded by Lil’s beautiful flowers. The apartment is spacious yet cozy with coffee, tea, snacks, comfortable bed and sofa, laundry facilities, full kitchen, and all the touches that made our stay just wonderful. Lil even baked a birthday cake for me! Lil is a gracious, kind and loving host. I truly believe that God brought us to Hutch to meet this wonderful new friend!
