The lady working at 3:00 am was very nice and she was getting coffee and other things ready. We had our shuttle service set for 4:00 AM and she was more than willing to go ahead and take us earlier. "Overall our stay was good but I would not say this is a 9 star rating, probably a solid 8. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Overall the room was clean. The front desk service was excellent. On the downside, the shower is stained from dirt and looks like it hasn’t been cleaned. The room and bathroom are extremely small with very little space to put your things. Breakfast was ok, not quite what we’re used to from Hampton Inn. The serving area was very small and cramped. There was nowhere near...
