The location is great, the auberge is in a village which feels very secluded because of the surrounding forest but is in reality perfectly placed as a staging post to or from southern France. Dinner was delicious. The hotel is within easy walking distance to the centre of town. Breakfast choices were limited and lacked cereals for instance. This comfortable hotel would benefit from some redecorating, particularly the entrance and stairs, but this is easily offset by the warm welcome offered."
