Really accomodating hotel, upgraded my room too. Social distancing in place, clean and great breakfast options considering Covid catering restrictions. Very comfortable bed and quiet.

Good dinner and breakfast. Very dog friendly. Not so grand so didn’t worry about taking the dogs in. The dogs came to the dining room for dinner and breakfast and were given bowls of water. All in all comfortable and serviceable.

Situated in a golf course, surrounded by greenery. Nice location. The hotel was modern and well equipped, particularly liked the nespresso machine available in your room. Restaurant was also good, we had dinner and breakfast there. Not sure they had enough staff on, check in took a little longer because there was just one person at the desk busy with calls and other people, but overall a pleasurable stay.

ai loué une chambre pour deux personnes.En prenant possession de la chambre je me suis aperçu qu'il n'y avait pas de linges de toilettes. J'en ai donc demandé à la réception.Alors que j'étais au bar on est venu poser à coté de moi deux serviettes de toilette. Ce comportement n'est pas au niveau d'un hotel 4 étoiles et de façon générale d'un hotel mercure

Très mauvais. Nous sollicitons un remboursement (partiel ?) de la part de Hôtels.com ! 1°) la proposition de chambre spécifiait "un grand lit" or nous avions une chambre avec 2 lits juxtaposés... 2°) au check-out je souhaite régler les repas et la taxe de séjour (un total de quelque 70 euro) avec un billet de 200 euro et ça nous a été refusé ! Inacceptable de la part d'un hôtel aussi cher ! 3° ) au restaurant la commande d cela bière a pris 20 minutes pour être délivrée.... Mauvaise expérience pour nous !

Très bon hôtel, restaurant excellent
Très bon hôtel, bien situé en dehors de Orléans avec superbe ouverture vers la nature par son golf... A côté des Balneades. Chambre petite, mais bien fonctionnelle avec salle de bain/wc, grande télévision (avec Canal plus) et literie tres confortable. Mention très spéciale pour la restauration (petit déjeuner, dîner) +++++
