"The hotel was lovely. Unfortunately As soon as I got there my sneaker caught in the lobby rug and I tripped and fell. The desk clerk was very attentive and offered to help several times. We were not contacted after that by hotel staff to see how I was doing. We had to reach out to the manager the following day. "Woman at front desk was especially friendly! Our second night was uncomfortable as the HVAC system would only blow hot air and it was over 80°. Front desk came up, offered to move us, but we just opened a window & gurney off unit all together."
