"Very good service. The personnel at the front desk were very pleasant, helpful, and caring. The staff at the breakfast buffet were very attentive, keeping everything well stocked and clean. The restaurant at the premises, Copper House Tavern, had excellent food. An unexpected, pleasant surprise. The one down side is that certain areas of the hotel are in need of renovation. Very good price point. I feel I got my money's worth."

"Helen was great during check-in. The hotel is dated but I was looking for a hotel close to the hospital, safe, clean and comfortable. This hotel offered all that and a good breakfast. As far as being dated, it was like staying at my grandmother house. I would definately stay here again. "
