"When we first arrived we were greeted very warmly and were advised the room was not ready, it was ok because we were early. We were told we would get a call when it was. We never received a call and went back after 4pm. We were greeted by a very disgruntled front desk person who said " sorry I didn't have time to call you I was too busy correcting other peoples mistakes" There was a housekeeper at the front desk also who he was talking to about what rooms she had to finish. "Friendly staff, large rooms and comfy beds. Nothing too fancy but they do what they do very well. Free breakfast was nice and we really appreciated the onsite EV charging station "

"Have stayed at this property before (5th time in 26 months). The hotel is clean, and the rooms are clean and comfortable. Bed/Mattress is good Bathroom extremely clean. Check in this time, we waitied in the lobby for about 5 minutes with no employee in sight, we ended up calling to ask if we could check in. Area around the property is decent,you will encounter homeless people on the sidewalk if you walk anywhere "
