"Our room 205 was not well lighted. Also I am sure I didn’t request a disability room. Next time I will check the room before unpacking. I think a non-disability room would have more living space. TV not bright and had no brightness adjustment. "

"The gentleman that checked me into my room was not very pleasant, the breakfast was not opened at 6:00 as advertised (unlocked door at 6:05) which was disappointing since I wanted to grab one of their delicious cinnamon rolls for the shuttle ride scheduled to leave at 6:00. There was no regular coffee in the foyer in the early morning either, only decaf…BUT the shuttle driver WAS WONDERFUL..,SO pleasant and helpful…Shame on me for not getting his name to give him the kuddos he so rightly...

"The only reason I did not rate it higher was due to a misleading picture "to me" that looked like a slightly bigger parking lot. It was fine for cars and trucks alone and I was able to jackknife the trailer in a spot but the parking lot pictures appeared to be be bigger than the actual parking lot. Not necessarily a bad review or bad place to stay that close to NY but I was hoping for more parking lot room. Overall stay was satisfactory."
