The check-in process was flawless starting with the email to pre check-in and concluding with our early arrival at the front desk where the staff took care of us quickly and efficiently which was appreciated since we had just flown in from Canada and were very tired. We waited two hours have no one call us back !!! At the end we go to another Inn to stay!!! We need our MONEY BACK "
