" Historic Inn in a beautiful location. No TV or modern type amenities might bother some, but made for a very peaceful two evenings . Rooms are smaller due to age of the building but had a small private veranda . Brian at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed staying here. "

Loved the tiny Dent Island in BC where we spent a night during our trip up the coast en route to Alaska. Perfect scenery for an evening kayak while our owners had dinner at the lodge. Loved watching the visiting fishermen feed the bald eagles from a perch at the end of the dock as well. From what I hear though, it's a bit pricey to spend a night on the island. Luckily, the yacht is our home :)
