"Staff was very nice and helpful, but it took us a while to get in our room because the door lock mechanism needed to have its batteries changed. Loved the nespresso machine and it was a much better Continental breakfast than others I’ve seen. The beds were comfortable but the hallways were dark and the rugs have seen better days. "

"We booked a last minute room here as we were snowboarding at Palisades. 15 mins away with no traffic (about 25 in the traffic at 4-5pm). To counter that, there are white noise machines in the rooms and the office offers free earplugs."
