"Pros:The location for skiing was perfect; you could walk right out of the locker room to the ski area. The restaurants and staff were super friendly. Cons:The parking was a hike, and dropping off your luggage was challenging. We had a difficult time trying to find check-in for the Expedition Station. Overall, it was a clean, safe, and amazing location!"

"This condo was just what we needed for two people. Ski in/ski out access to the slopes was great for taking breaks from the cold. The only drawback was that it was missing a corkscrew to open my wine bottle- Will definitely make alternate plans on our next visit. We plan to return, if not this season, in the near future!"

"Over all it was pretty easy going my only issue was with the TV not having a remote that actually work to turn volume up and down. If you’re not an expert on programming remotes watching tv wouldn’t have happened. I also never figured out what ski locker was for the unit. There was no instructions on where or how to use the ski locker. Considering we only stayed one night it wasn’t worth me contacting the host to figure it out. Other than that I would totally book this room again. "

"We stayed for several nights to enjoy Snowshoe skiing. The access to the lifts was so very easy. The location of this unit within Mtn. Lodge is particularly close to the slopes. The room was as represented online and we had a comfortable stay. The property manager was responsive and friendly."

And the emailed check in info seemed complete except that it did not provide specific details for the Black Bear Crossing units.The messaging could have been more crisp and actually related to the rental unit rather than a generic message for all rental locations. "There is no air conditioning in this property as of August 2024. Not sure why the listing would say so. It was filthy when we arrived, and the lower-level rooms were dank and musty. If we had been staying for more than one night I would have contacted the owner immediately, but we made do since we were there less than 24 hours. Absolutely not worth the price."
