"The service workers are great. As a whole, the best service staff I have seen in many years. My only knocks are that they give you four cheap pillows and I struggled to make them comfortable enough to sleep vs two larger pillows of higher quality. My sleep was a 6 out of ten. I thought the mattress were great, but my 75 year old mother struggled to climb into her bed as the mattress are at least six inches higher than the standard bed.
