"Be prepared when you check in, you scan a barcode go to a website then upload your passport photos and pay the local tax. Then you get the passcode to get in. Not horrible but should be full explained before you book. -Maybe it was but I didn't see it. Not sure why you can't do it all before arriving at the door. PLace is OK but not deluxe. Owner was very nice and friendly"

She was really nice and even recommended a book store for us to find a special book. "The Gasperin is a pleasant hotel in an attractive area. The weather was cloudy and wet for most of our stay. The room we were in was on the ground floor and quite dark which might have been ok if it was sunny but it wasn’t. The area is pretty and although the hotel doesn’t offer evening meals there is a reasonable selection of places to eat nearby. The breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The sun started to shine as we left and the lake was breathtaking. "
