"This turned into a cluster for me. I spent a lot of money booking a room here plus more for a train ride to get to Bruges (from Antwerp for me and my girlfriend). When I got here I was told my room was no longer available and, instead of a cute little chocolate room, they were going to put me in a first floor airbnb close by with mismatched furniture, a shower that backed up and 10,000 people passing the windows every day. "The location was perfect! The bus station was a 5 minute walk away, parking garage opposite the hotel, the centre was within a 10 minute walk, we absolutely loved our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful and the beds were very comfortable. Only negative was that the bathroom did have a not so nice smell from the shower, but we managed with the door closed. Would 100 percentage recommend and stay here again"

"The apartment was so nice especially with 3 children, we brought practically everything we needed with us down to towel, the down bulk bed was a bit too low, one have to be careful getting in and out, the blanket stink of sweat, please do wash the blanket, you have to the check-in yourself, the customer service was contacted via email, and they respond almost immediately, nice location 10 minutes walk to the beach, getting around will be better with a car, I would highly recommend."
