"The experience with staff and facilities was very good overall. The front desk and restaurant employees were excellent. The resort is very quiet and one might feel as if you have the place almost to yourself. There was a couple of downsides, that one might expect. You are in the jungle and there may very well be bugs (read spiders). They assured us that none are harmful. The bathrooms somehow are aging worse than the rest of the rooms. "This is unique beach resort. Not for everyone, but if you need three days of exclusion on a beautiful beach with a funky and welcoming space, this is a great bet. I’d go back just for that reason!"

"Air conditioning was awful. The rooms would turn off and the living room didn’t have it. The kitchen is just set up as a decoration. You can’t even use it. You have to use the back up kitchen they told us we broke a couple little arrangements which we never did. They just wanted to keep our deposit? I’ve been trying to call them back for the deposit and now they’re not responding back to me, really bad communication very upset "
